LOCATION: Del Webb is in a great location that is close to shopping, restaurants and great medical facilities. It is located about 15 to 20 minutes from The Woodlands Mall, Cynthia Woods Pavilion, Market Street and Hughes Landing. About 30-40 minutes from Lake Conroe. George Busch Airport is appoximately 40 minutes away. 

HOA FEES: The annual fee is $3,520.00 per year. When purchasing a home there is a 1/3rd of 1% sales price capitalization fee to the buyer at closing. The HOA fees cover The Lodge, all Amenities, Gates, Common Areas, Ponds, HOA Management Company Fees, Trash & Recycling pick up (Tuesday is the day), and etc.
