There are 8 open Homes. When you meet me, I will take you to the homes you want to see. Having all the homes open at one time allows you to see more than just one home at a time.
Please be mindful that this is an open house so there may be other people in the homes as well. If you would like a private showing please call Kim Thorpe at 281-705-7815 to schedule a showing or If you have your own realtor call them for an appointment.
The Lodge is our Amenity center. I will also take you here. It is something you definitely want to see. The most important person in a Real Estate transaction is YOU! In 2025 there have been 14 homes sold. Out of the 14 homes sold 11 were my listings. I will work hard for you in trying to get your home sold. Out of the 11 listings I sold 3 myself and 6 of the other sales came into Del Webb The Woodlands community from my marketing found their home and then used their realtor. The other 2 that sold were from actual showings where a Realtor brought their client to view the homes.
