1. Entrance
Please enter from FM 1488 and Del Webb Blvd. Stay in The left lane to the call Box.Call
The Research Gate is only for residents. You will not be able to enter or exit from this gate.
2. Go To Call Box
Type in 1310 (no# or *) This will call the agent (Kim Thorpe) and I will give you further instructions. DO NOT FOLLOW ANOTHER CAR THROUGH THE GATE! THE ARM WILL COME DOWN ON YOU. This code is only good during open house hours and changes. If you have any issues CALL KIM THORPE 281-705-7815.
3. When you get in follow the Kim Thorpe Open House Signs unless you were told differently by me.
There are 8 open Homes. When you meet me, I will take you to the homes you want to see. Having all the homes open at one time allows you to see more than just one home at a time.
OTHER BUYER PROSPECTS
Please be mindful that this is an open house so there may be other people in the homes as well. If you would like a private showing please call Kim Thorpe at 281-705-7815 to schedule a showing or If you have your own realtor call them for an appointment.
The Lodge
The Lodge is our Amenity center. I will also take you here. It is something you definitely want to see. There is an indoor pool, Indoor Hot Tub, Fitness Center, Exercise Room, Card/Craft Room, Event Center with Kitchen, Patio Area, Pickleball Courts, BOCCEE Ball Courts, Tennis Courts, Outdoor Pool, and Outdoor Hot Tub

In 2025 there have been 14 homes sold. Out of the 14 homes sold 11 were my listings. I will work hard for you in trying to get your home sold. Out of the 11 listings I sold 3 myself and 6 of the other sales came into Del Webb The Woodlands community from my marketing found their home and then used their realtor. The other 2 that sold were from actual showings where a Realtor brought their client to view the homes.
