Directly Below is how to access the gate and my open house instructions.
1. Entrance
Please enter from FM 1488 and Del Webb Blvd. Stay in The left lane to the call Box.
The Research Gate is only for residents. You will not be able to enter or exit from this gate.
2. Go To Call Box. Do NOT FOLLOW ANOTHER CAR in the gate it will come down on your car
FROM YOUR PHONE CALL KIM THORPE at 281-705-7815. I will instruct you what to do.
You will be fined $800.00 if the gate comes down on your car from following another car
3. When you get in follow the Kim Thorpe Open House Signs unless you were told differently by me.
There are 3 open Homes. When you meet me, I will take you to the homes you want to see. Having all the homes open at one time allows you to see more than just one home at a time. Please be mindful these are open houses and there may be other prospects looking.

Please be mindful that this is an open house so there may be several other people in the homes as well. If you would like a private showing please call Kim Thorpe at 281-705-7815 to schedule a showing or If you have your own realtor call them for an appointment.
The Lodge
The Lodge is our Amenity center. I will also take you here. It is something you definitely want to see. There is an indoor pool, Indoor Hot Tub, Fitness Center, Exercise Room, Card/Craft Room, Event Center with Kitchen, Patio Area, Pickleball Courts, BOCCEE Ball Courts, Tennis Courts, Outdoor Pool, and Outdoor Hot Tub
