In 2025 there have been 14 homes sold in Del Webb The Woodlands. Out of the 14 homes sold 11 were my listings. I will work hard for you in trying to get your home sold. Out of the 11 listings I sold 3 myself and 6 of the other sales came into Del Webb The Woodlands community from my marketing found their home and then used their realtor. The other 2 that sold were from actual showings where a Realtor brought their client to view the homes.
