The home prices in Del Webb The Woodlands vary considerably.  Del Webb is a very unique community and pricing is based on type of home, location, upgrades and etc. This is not a cookie cutter subdivision for pricing.   If you are selling or buying a home in Del Webb The Woodlands  make sure you use a realtor that is a neighborhood expert. I also host Social Events, Shred Days, and Lunch and Learns.  I am happy to assist neighbors with Homestead Exemptions, over-65 ownership transfers,  property tax protests, and any questions you have about home ownership, insurance, taxes,s and misc. —always at no charge.
