1. Due to the new laws I will need a buyers rep signed and an IABS before I can work with you.
2. Once we make an offer I will either need proof of funds or a Loan Approval.

4. You will need to order utilities about 3-5 days before closing. The utility companies for Del Webb The Woodlands are listed below.(just scroll down). Also go to www.dwtwinfo for lots of information and all kinds of useful numbers you may need.
