This community means a lot to me, and I’m grateful every day for the people who have put their trust in me. I donate a portion of each closing to causes right here in Del Webb—including DWTW Veterans, Crafts for Cure, CERT, lifestyle events, and resident clubs throughout the year.


I also host Shred Days, Lunch & Learns, and resident socials—and I’m happy to help with property tax protests, Homestead Exemptions, or over-65 ownership transfers—at no cost. It’s just one small way I stay connected and give back.
