The most important person in a Real Estate transaction is YOU! My upmost priority is to help educate, listen, and provide excellent service to you during the real estate process in buying or selling your home. In the last year or two the market has changed and I try to think out of the box and come up with creative ideas to market your home. I have the experience of being in up and down markets.
I have sold Real Estate for over 25 years and have my brokers license. My promise to you is stay educated by taking classes to keep up with changes in the industry, how to better serve my clients and keeping up with technology. Over the years I have earned many awards RE/MAX Hall of Fame, RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement and 2023 and 2024 I was one of the top 250 individual agents in RE/MAX in the State of Texas. In being a successful Realtor it allows me to give back to my community. I am very grateful to my clients/friends/family that hire me and I do not take that lightly. 1. Knows how to compare similar homes in the community to fight for your value. I know what homes were on the water, water view, no backyard neighbors and most details and floor plans about every home in Del Webb The Woodlands. The pricing here is not cookie cutter.
2. Knows what homes that sold off market (private sales) that might help to get the value you need
3. Knows common issues from inspections. We have hidden things that inspectors can't find and write up as needing repair. I know where they are so you don't have the expense of having to fix the issue.
4. I live in the community and can answer most questions buyers have.
5. I have access to information and know how to get it so I can pass it along to potential buyers.
6. Knows the difference between Estate, Classic, and Garden Homes
7. Is willing to work hard and come up with creative ideas to get your home sold.
In 2025 There have been 14 homes sold in Del Webb The Woodlands. Out of the 14 homes sold 11 were my listings. I will work hard for you in trying to get your home sold. Out of the 11 listings I sold 3 myself and 6 of the other sales came into Del Webb The Woodlands community from my marketing found their home and then used their realtor. The other 2 that sold were from actual showings where a Realtor brought their client to view the homes.
