As of 4/18/2025- 14 properties have sold in 2025 and 2 are pending. The type of homes that have sold are 7 Estate homes(average sq ft $269.17) , 6 Classic homes (average sq ft $234.00 and 1 Garden home sold. There are 2 Classic homes now pending. The Estate home average price per sq ft is skewed a bit as there were a few unique properties that brought the average price up.
Currently there is 14 Active Listings on the market in Del Webb The Woodlands. The listings consist of 1 Garden, 8 Classic(average sq ft $244.74) and 5 Estate homes (average sq ft $235.58).
In 2024 23 Homes sold in Del Webb that were resales.
In 2023 42 Homes sold in Del Webb that were resales.
As you can tell the market seems to have picked back up in 2025 however the last few weeks have seen a slow down in showings and open house attendees..
Texas is a non disclosure state so I am not allowed to post sold prices per home.
The prices in Del Webb are very unique depending on location, upgrades, and etc. It is important to hire a realtor that is a neighborhood expert in Del Webb. If you are looking to sell or buy I would be honored to be on your interview list. Each agent is very different in how they market your home and the services they offer.

In 2025 there have been 14 homes sold in Del Webb The Woodlands.. Out of the 14 homes sold 11 were my listings. I will work hard for you in trying to get your home sold. Out of the 11 listings I sold 3 myself and 6 of the other sales the buyers came into Del Webb The Woodlands community from my marketing found their home and then used their realtor.
