I have represented the listing and/or sale of 2 of the 3 homes that have closed in Del Webb The Woodlands so far this year.
The market appears to be moving at a slower pace this year compared to 2025. In January 2025, four homes sold, compared to one sale in January 2026. In February 2025, one home sold, while 2 homes have sold so far in February 2026, however, we have 4 pending sales.
At this point last year, there were a total of five homes sold. This year, we are currently at three total sales.

Thanks to creative marketing, a strong work ethic, and a hands-on approach, I was honored to have listed 23 of the 43 homes sold in Del Webb The Woodlands in 2025.
Of the 23 homes I listed that sold:
- 15 buyers were introduced to Del Webb through my marketing efforts
- 8 chose to work with their own Realtors
- In 7 of those sales, I represented both the buyer and seller, helping guide the transaction smoothly
- 8 additional sales came from buyer agents bringing clients directly into the community
