The market appears to be moving at a slower pace this year compared to 2025. In January 2025, four homes sold, compared to one sale in January 2026. In February 2025, one home sold, while 2 homes have sold so far in February 2026, however, we have 4 pending sales.
At this point last year, there were a total of five homes sold. This year, we are currently at three total sales.
