I have represented the listing and/or sale/or both of 8 of the 11 homes that have closed in Del Webb The Woodlands so far this year. In 1 of those sales I listed the home and sold it myself.
The market appears to be moving at a slower pace this year compared to 2025. In January 2025, four homes sold, compared to one sale in January 2026. In February 2025, one home sold, while 2 homes have sold so far in February 2026. However in April 6 homes so and in May there are 4 homes pending scheduled to close in May and In June 1 Pending scheduled to close in June. There are currently only 2 homes on the market for sale in Del Webb which is the lowest inventory we have had years.
